About Us We are a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization created in March of 2004. Lungs for Life strives to reduce the burden of lung cancer by providing knowledge and support through education, prevention and research. We are one of the only nonprofit organizations in Indiana supporting lung cancer awareness and research and are looking to expand our reach throughout Indiana to fight this dreaded disease. Lungs for Life is supported by a dedicated and talented group of men and women who have been touched by lung cancer either directly or through a loved one.
